We ship Monday to Friday. Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein your parcel usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days. For Germany, please allow 5 to 8 working days.

We ship your order free of charge from an order value of CHF 65.

For deliveries to Germany, German customs charges import VAT on delivery, plus a small handling fee from the carrier. You pay these amounts directly when your parcel is handed over.

We are a small Swiss start-up and are not yet able to handle customs clearance in advance. So that you don't end up paying more, we have lowered all prices for Germany by 25 %. This way we cover most of the import charges for you.

Return shipping costs are covered by you. We can only accept and refund items that are returned in perfect, unused condition. For hygiene reasons, candles that have been lit and oils that have been opened cannot be returned.
